SECTION 24- PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment is possible by paypal, with credit cards and in some countries cash on delivery (Slovenia).
Shipping rates are as following:
Slovenia and Croatia: 2,90 eur
International shipping
– Europe: 9 eur
– Usa and Canada: 14 eur
– rest of the world: 17 eur
shipping services are carried out by Pošta Slovenije, DPD, city express, Gls and Dhl.
Delivery time for received and paid orders is 1-30 working days. Delivery time varies based on the geographic area to where you want the products to be delivered.
The invoice for the ordered products will be received together with the ordered products in the parcel. You are obliged to check the accuracy of the information on the invoice and notify any errors to IdeaDesign, Davorin Erman s.p. (“Kuked”) within eight days of receipt of the invoice. Any later notifications as to the correctness of invoices issued will not be taken into account.
SECTION 25- THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may withdraw from the contract concluded with IdeaDesign, Davorin Erman s.p. (“Kuked”) and return the purchased product in a 14-day time period (cooling-off period) after receiving the product without having to state any reason. The cost involved in returning the product to IdeaDesign, Davorin Erman s.p. (“Kuked”) will not be covered or reimbursed by us. The cooling-off period starts to run the next day after the receipt of the product.
In the case of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, please send us an e-mail to: info@kuked.eu. Products must be returned immediately or within 14 days after the notification of withdrawal. IdeaDesign, Davorin Erman s.p. (“Kuked”) will return received payments with the same payment method as was used for the purchase of the products within 30 days of notification of withdrawal. We reserve the right to withhold the refund of payments received until the acceptance of the returned product or until you submit the evidence that the product was sent back.
There is no right of withdrawal from the contract if you miss the deadline for withdrawal, if the products are damaged, used, soiled or in any other similar circumstances.
SECTION 26 – COMPLAINTS
We consider complaints about products provided that the invoice is submitted. You can return the product if it does not have the characteristics that IdeaDesign, Davorin Erman s.p. (“Kuked”) has explicitly promised, if IdeaDesign, Davorin Erman s.p. (“Kuked”) sent the wrong items, wrong colour, quantity or if product in any way deviates from your order.
You can return the product within 8 days of purchase and require immediate replacement with the flawless product or a refund.
IdeaDesign, Davorin Erman s.p. (“Kuked”) shall be liable for latent defects of the product, however, it is not responsible for damage due to improper maintenance.
You can return the product personally or by sending it to IdeaDesign, Davorin Erman s.p. (“Kuked”), after consulting with IdeaDesign, Davorin Erman s.p. (“Kuked”) about the shipping. The costs of sending the product in case of justified complaint shall be covered by IdeaDesign, Davorin Erman s.p. (“Kuked”).
in the case of justified complaint, you are granted the option to replace the product with the same or similar one or replace it for anything else or that the purchase price is refunded to your bank account.
